Brazil has 240 companies of Agricultural Aviation, a fleet of almost 3 thousand airplanes.
It is a prosperous market, since Brazilian agriculture guarantees the sustenance for almost one billion people.
Here you will see some basic information for your guidance, and we are at your disposal for further information and clarification.
The Congress will be at the city of Maringá, Paraná State. There are commercial flight up to there.
The values are: U $ 250,00 per m2
Payment can be made until July 31, in installments or once. We can send you an invoice to proceed with payment.
Each stand has 9m2 and can join more than one to have a bigger stand. Ask for the map to choose the position you prefer.

Each exhibitor has 10 free registrations. Meals are not included.
There will be the Day of practical demonstrations on the first day, and the Agricultural Aviation dinner on the last day. The value for all programation is $ 70.00 All payments can be made in Brazil, when you arrive at the Congress. Just make your application.
Meals will be in the food court and each person chooses and pays for their meal.
Hotels in Maringá cost in the range of $ 60 to 70 per day
To come to Brazil, Americans need a Visa.
Brazil adopts a policy of reciprocity regarding visas. This means that nationals of countries that require visas for Brazilian citizens will need a visa to travel to Brazil. According to the Brazilian law, Brazil needs to sign an agreement, on a reciprocal basis, to offer visa waiver to national of another country.
Foreigners who want to apply for a visa to travel to Brazil should contact the Brazilian Representations abroad to obtain more information about the subject.

The first day (August, 6) will be held at the “Aeródromo Recanto das Águias”, at 1:00 pm
