SINDAG participates in the launch of Pelican Spray in Brazi
The North American company Pyka and its representative Synerjet gathered representatives from the sector and the press to discuss the arrival of the autonomous aircraft in the country
On January 30, in the city of São Paulo, Sindag CEO Gabriel Colle participated in the official announcement of the entry of the autonomous agricultural aircraft Pelican Spray into the Brazilian market. The event took place at the Fogo de Chão steakhouse in the Jardins neighborhood – with the participation of personalities from the Brazilian aviation sector and journalists.
The drone manufactured by the North American company Pyka will be sold in the country by Synerjet Brasil. According to the companies, the aircraft sold now will be delivered starting in 2026. The expectation is to start with 20 drones per year but should soon reach 100 units sold annually in Brazil.
In the meantime, the two companies are expected to take Pelican Spray to the main Brazilian fairs related to agriculture and technology. Highlights include the Farm Show (in March, in Primavera do Leste/MT), Agrishow (in April, in Ribeirão Preto/SP) and the Brazilian Agricultural Aviation Congress (AgAv Congress), scheduled for August, in Santo Antônio de Leverger/MT.
